Color Club - Screamin' Fuchsia

This is a mani I wore a few weeks back when the weather was perfect and I went to the terrace after work with some collegues. Actually I don't think neons are work-appropriate, but if the sun shines I sometimes make an exception.

Deze mani droeg ik een paar weken geleden toen het prachtig weer was en ik met een paar collega's na het werk naar het terras ging. Eigenlijk vind ik neons niet geschikt om te dragen op kantoor, maar ach, als de zon schijnt dan moet je soms een uitzondering maken.

En waarom is het zo onmogelijk om een fatsoenlijke kleurechte foto te maken van een neon? Echt, ik vind dit zo frustrerend, deze lak is zo spectaculair en fel in het echt en ik krijg het niet voor elkaar om dit aan jullie te laten zien.

And why is it so impossible to take a decent picture of a neon? Really, this is frustrating, this polish is so spectacular and bright in real life and I just can't get it to show on pictures.

Kijk en zo zie ik mijn nagellak het liefste: in de avondzon met een roseetje in mijn hand, heerlijk. Wat een fijne foto is dit. Ik wou dat de zon vandaag ook scheen.

And this is how I like to see my polish the best: in the evening sun with a glass of rose wine in my hand, just lovely. I really like this picture. I wish it was sunny today.
