Een paar weken geleden wilde Öykü een nagellak hebben die alleen in Nederland te koop is. Ik heb deze naar haar opgestuurd en kreeg daarvoor in de plaats twee Claire's Mood Polishes terug; Happy/Earthy en deze.
KleurTurkooise-groen en turkooise-blauw, afhankelijk van de warmte van je handen en nagels. Als de lak warmer wordt dan is de kleur groener en als de lak kouder is dan is het meer blauw. Het verschil is niet heel dramatisch, maar op de foto's kan je zien dat de lak op het nagelbed meer groen is en aan de puntjes is het blauwer. Allebei de kleuren zijn erg mooi!
Colour
Turquoise-green and turquoise-blue, depending on the warmth of your hands and nails. If the polish gets warmer the colour turns more green and when it gets colder it's a bit more blue. It's not a dramatic change in colour, but on the pictures you can see how the polish is greener on the nailbed and more blue at the tips. Both colours are really nice!
ApplicatieIn twee lagen was het dekkend, maar had ik een heel klein beetje strepen in de lak. Een derde laag maakte de lak mooi glad. Ik heb wel een topcoat opgedaan want het droogde vrij matte op.
Application
This polish was opaque in two coats, but with a little streeking. A third coat smoothed it all out. I applied a topcoat beacause the polish dried matte.
Ookal zie je het verschil in kleuren niet heel erg goed in deze lak, toch is het erg leuk om te zien hoe de kleur verandert als je de lak op hebt. Ik hoop echt dat dit een nieuwe trend wordt en dat meer merken met zulke kleurveranderende lakken komen in nog meer verschillende combinaties. Ik zou wel een rode lak willen zien die verandert naar geel, dan lijkt het echt of je nagels vlammen.Eventhough the contrast between the colours isn't huge, I had a lot of fun watching the colours change. I really hope this is the new trend in polishes and more brands will come with other colourchanging polishes in more exciting combinations. My suggestion: a red polish that changes to yellow so it really looks like your nails are flames.

ReplyDeleteMooie knalkleur, al vind ik het wel erg jammer dat je het kleurverschil niet zo goed ziet. Een rood/geel moodpolish lijkt me ook heel erg gaaf :D

ReplyDeleteWist je trouwens dat er tegenwoordig nagellak bestaat die door UVstralen verkleurt? Gezien op http://www.enchantra.eu/index.php/blaze/nailpolish.html en daarbij zit een kanariegele lak die in de zon verandert in robijnrood. Ok het is wel iets anders dan wat jij omschrijft maar ik moest wel meteen aan je denken dus ik wilde het toch even melden :)
