China Glaze - Liquid Crystal (over my previous mani with a blurple Misa)

Yesterday I showed you my mani with Misa Throw Me Something Purple. After wearing that mani for four days my love 'Eppie' and I went to a restaurant for the first time since our son was born. For that occasion I decided I wanted a new mani, something glamorous, but I didn't have the time to do a whole new mani. So I decided to layer my current mani with a coat of sparkly duochrome China Glaze Liquid Crystal and I was surprised how amazing it looked!

Gisteren liet ik je mijn mani met Misa Throw Me Something Purple zien. Toen ik dit al 4 dagen droeg gingen mijn lief 'Eppie' en ik voor het eerst uit eten sinds onze zoon geboren is. Dat vond ik natuurlijk een speciale gelegenheid en daarom wilde ik een nieuwe mani, iets heel feestelijks, maar ik had geen tijd om een nieuwe mani te doen. Dus ik koos ervoor om een extra laag aan mijn mani toe te voegen met de glitterende duochrome China Glaze Liquid Crystal en ik was echt verbaasd hoe geweldig het eruit zag!

On the picture above you can see on the pinky and in the bottle how the polish flashes a bright teal!

Color
Liquid Crystal is a glitter polish, a whole bunch of glitter in a clear base that completely covers your nail almost in one coat. The glitters are in various shapes, sizes and colors. It looks like a silvery turquoiseblue glitter with purple duochrome and some colored confetti-glitter sprinkeled through it all. More sparkly and more duochrome than you can see on my pictures.

Kleur
Liquid Crystal is een glitterlak, een heleboel glitters in een transparante basis die vrijwel je hele nagel bedekken in één laag. De glitters hebben allemaal verschillende vormen, maten en groottes. Het ziet eruit als een zilverachtige aquablauwe lak met paarse duochrome en wat gekleurde cofetti-glitters er doorheen. Nog glimmender en meer duochrome dan mijn fotos laten zien.

On the sides of the nail you see the purple and on the pinky the bright teal.
And check the color of the polish in the bottle.

Application
The polish goes on evenly and you get an even amount of glitter on the entire nail. It's a little bit thick, but not so much that it's annoying.

Applicatie
De lak brengt mooi gelijkmatig aan en de glitters zijn gelijk verspreid over je nagel. De lak is een beetje dik, maar niet zo erg dat het irritant is.

So this is how I wore my mani for a full week without getting bored with it. Just slapped on this awesome glitter polish and enjoyed it for three more days!
Oh and by the way: we had a lovely dinner that night in the restaurant.

Dus zo kwam het het ik een volle week lol had van mijn mani zonder 'm zat te zijn. Ik heb er gewoon deze super mooie glitterlak overheen gedaan en heb er nog 3 dagen van genoten.
Oh en we hadden het trouwens heel leuk in het restaurant die avond.
